Our service is usually initiated by an email or 'phone call and followed up by a meeting or video conference, with a brief to explore a particular aspect of the client business to aid strategic decision making.  We will take time to understand the intended use of our work to ensure that the data we source, analyse and present and the conclusions that we draw in our final report will fully meet our client's expectations.
