Sue Dodd

Joint founder and current Director, Sue Dodd, personally oversees all research, and together with fellow Director Paul Dawson, has established and built the reputation of Agile Intelligence into the leading name in business research for the UK recruitment industry.

Sue is an economics graduate with an extensive background in the City as an investment analyst with leading investment institutions.   Her experience of working in an environment where informed decision making is key to financial success, along with knowledge gained in over fifteen years of research within the recruitment industry, enables Sue to provide a unique view of the industry and its interaction with an ever-changing economy.

Sue can often be found on the speaker list of recognised industry seminars and forums.  She also writes articles and comments frequently for Recruiter Magazine and other trade publications.

In her spare time Sue can be found enjoying the wilder parts of Scotland, where she has been based now for many years.

Paul Dawson

Paul Dawson co-founded the company with Sue in 2002 and continues in his role as Director, offering strategic planning and change management experience across a wide range of sectors.

                                                                                                                                    

Paul is a passionate and highly qualified Operations Director and Management Consultant specialising in product and service innovation, lean / agile process improvement, and developing and implementing usable business strategy. Paul's most recent experience has been preparing two businesses for sale using his broad skill base in project and functional management and in business strategy applied in the areas of marketing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, information systems and business transformation.
